A freehold township in DubaiLand comprising 100 residential complexes, six iconic towers, mixed-use units and four hotels. Liwan is a mixed use freehold township in DubaiLand masterplanned by Mizin, a member of Tatweer (a subsidiary of Dubai Holding). The development was launched in September 2006. There are six different types of residential buildings ranging in size from seven to 15 storeys on individual plots.
